Interesting
I bought this book when I was pregnant, and read through this till my child is now 6-month-old. I can’t imagine if my son will act like what Archie did, but the book really amuses me and prepares me to be a tough mum lol

Funny
Katie Kirby is back with the laugh out loud tales of Archie Adams. Once again, Kirby explores the difficulties of adulthood by looking through the eyes of a toddler. Again, Kirby’s writing is funny because it is relatable. I don’t have a child but I saw many of the same qualities in Archie that my niece had – contrariness about plate colour being one of them. With her really funny illustrations to accompany the story The Daily Struggles of Archie Adams is a tonic. The Daily Struggles of Archie Adams (Aged 2 1/2) by Katie Kirby is available now.

Great book
Loved this book! Despite not having (being given )much time to read, I have somehow managed to read the book cover to cover without my 3yo telling me off for not sharing my book. Reading through Archie's diary, I have found myself laughing at the familiar situations and enjoying the minimalistic depictions of a toddler's life. Would definitely recommend this book to all the parents out there who need a laugh because otherwise they'd go nuts

... about this book coming out and it did not disappoint. It is a lighted hearted and funny account ...
I have always been a big fan of the Hurrah for Gin blog and was excited about this book coming out and it did not disappoint. It is a lighted hearted and funny account of the daily struggle of Archie Adams and the way he sees the world. This books had me laughing and sharing with my husband and both of us had a chuckle. Archie highlights the daily struggles of having a sibling, a older kid crush, wanting to spend "extra" time with mummy at 4am every morning and how much he loves his parents. I would definitely recommend this book for every parent if not to see it through their eyes but also because its hilarious.

This book about parents from the child's perspective was hilarious in parts. Very well thought out. The author said things that we would all dare say out loud if we had the nerve. I loved the illustrations and although only stick people they're very expressive. I will now go on to buy Hurrah for Gin by the same author, as I am sure it will be as giggly as this was. I will definately buy this as a gift for new mums, any mums really as its topical and fresh and I m sure any parent could relate to it.

I didn't find this very funny, and I adore Katie Kirby
I didn't find this very funny, and I adore Katie Kirby. I love her website and facebook page and the first book was hilarious. But I really struggled with this one. I gave it to my sister and she found it very funny, reading parts aloud to her children who also found it funny. Maybe I just didn't get the gratuitous swearing as humorous...depends on the type of person you are I guess.
