A: The  Internal Dimensions of the case are: (HxWxD): 285mm x 430mm x 165mm

As the foam sits to the edge, I would suggest that the above is pretty accurate

**Q: What size are the little foam squares that you can tear out?**
A: 15mm square by 73 mm deep. also has foam in the lid to prevent movement .

**Q: does the lid stay propped up as shown, or does it fold/fall all the way back?**
A: as shown , its stiff so wont fall down with pressure applied .
