Q: Does this work well with crayons?

Hi Trina1994, this paper is perfect for crayons. The texture is very smooth - similar to newspaper, but it's at least double in thickness.

Q: Does this work with finger paints?

Not sure but the paper is cheap. It is more tan/brown, not white. I was disappointed with this product. The one I ordered had a different cover maybe they improved it cause others had the same complaint as me. I wouldn't buy it again. I wouldn't recommend it. I would use it to put under art projects to protect table but not for the art project itself.
