A Disaster
Seemed like excellent value, but after installing the printheads I printed several pages of labels. I tried to print something a few days later but my printer declared a fault in the printheads and I have been unable to use the printer since. Buying HP printheads and more ink would have cost more than a new printer. I have a new printer!

doesn't work
installed the new printheads to my HP8500 printer .... and they were rejected as having problems. the troubleshooting documentation says "click star on the bottom left of the computer and select..." this isn't of any use at all. the pc can't link to the printer whilst the printer is saying it's got a print head issue. useless.
