Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite CPAP Battery compatible with ResMed AirMini and AirSense 10 PAP Devices

Recently got an ResMed AirMini, and wanted to ensure I had a back-up powersupply when travelling or for using on a plane. This was the most cost efficient supplier to purchase the Medistorm, which is what's recommended to be used.

I'm a truck driver in UK using a Resmed Airsensens 10 Auto CPAP machine together with a Medistrom Pilot 12 &24 Lite battery. I use this as opposed to plugging directly into 12v socket to save truck battery. Get a full nights use out of it (about 7hrs generally) and still showing 1 to 2 bars charge left in. I do charge every day so don't know if it would last a 2nd nightI use in conjunction with the charging cable (separate purchase) and this fully recharges battery in about 4 hrs using 12v socket, thoroughly recommend. Don't know if compatible with 24v socket so haven't tried it.

Had one previously which stopped working after about 18-months, so purchased another as they are great for traveling. However, used it once abroad and it was fine. Used it a second time and came up with incorrect cable being used, even though it was the official cable. Couldn't contact supplier, so contacted Amazon Customer Service who is arranging a refund. Now sourcing a different portable CPAP battery.

Battery for my sleep machine in case of power cut,let me know when I got home where they had left it by note through door as it was very wet ,just as well it was in good strong box inside

Build quality is good but the multi function button a bit fiddly to use.My reason for a low score is there is barely enough charge for one night's use on my Airsense 10. When I woke up, the over discharge warning light was flashing. My average pressure is 13cmH2O so not at the high end. Have tried another make, which is £100 cheaper and currently on night 3 without recharging.

My unit arrived looking good but it reports an incompatible CPAP when used with the Airsense mini even though the connecting cable is carefully marked ‘Airsense mini. No way to contact the company to get it replaced.

with power disruptions it is very useful. I have it connected as chain, between resmed cpap and power plug, so if electricity gets cut off during night my sleep is not interrupted, and it automatically charges itself other times.great for travels

the battery that I was sent did not work. So why a 5 star review? I contacted the seller and, after their suggestions did not work, they sent me a replacement battery before getting original back. Stayed in contact and rushed battery for overseas trip. New battery worked great, full night on plane sleeping and almost half of the power remained. Charged easily overseas. Retains charge well. A great battery, and great service from the manufacturer. 5 stars.

Tested the product and happy I bought one.Now I know I will have a restful sleep on long flights. If you don’t have one … I suggest you get one. You will not be sorry.

Extremely easy to hook up to CPAP machine following pictured diagrams in manual. The battery was fully charged when I connected it to CPAP. Luckily the electric company alerted my area regarding an power outage on a specific date and time span. I immediately called the CPAP company who couldn’t guarantee delivery of the back-up battery in time. Service rep stayed connected while I searched the correct battery on Amazon. I received the proper back-up battery for my CPAP machine 1 day prior to the power outage. I slept soundly and woke to the CPAP functioning appropriately and no power in the neighborhood
