This is the best heel lifter with comfort. I save money because my adult size 5 is small enough to use a kids size 3 or 4. I do buy the small adults when I cannot find the kids sizes. These seem to last much longer than all the other lifts besides being a better shock absorber too. I have never disintegrated or ripped these lifts. I do use a super elastic strong glue because their glue wears out sooner than the pad does. Worth the price.

I ordered the wrong size by accident, but I’ve used this product in the correct size for years and recommend it for fit and comfort. I only use the lift in one shoe due to discrepancy in leg length, so I get two pair of shoes corrected at a time. Note: make sure you double check the size you want before you click order! :)

So I bought these to help with foot dorsiflexion due to a high impact talus fracture. Definitely helped but my foot at the end of the day was hurting so bad. I’m going to have to ease into a full day of wearing these. Might actually get the bigger ones. They’re quite comfy though, no heel pain at all. They do however slide around just a little.I’ll update later on for how well and for how long they hold up.

It does make u feel and look taller.. it feels soft of the heels and helps with posture.. not so good when walking or running. Maybe its just me and not so used to the added height. I purchased these in July 2023 after partially tearing the gastrocnemius muscle in both calves and a full range of motion hurt. Adding these into my shoes was an absolute game changer and allowed me to remain mobile while those muscles healed. They healed completely many months ago, but I keep these inserts in my shoes that I regularly use to go on walks in, and they’re so comfortable. I’d also consider them to be very durable as I HAD to wear them every day for months and they’re still completely in tact. They fit easily in all of my shoes except for sock-like athletic shoes such as Nike Metcons, in which they take up too much space. I did not find them to slide around due to the sticky rubber portion, and they are easy to put in and remove. Great product for my needs.
