Exactly what I was looking for! A little difficult to open, but functional. For anyone trying to find an old-fashioned "slipring," these clamps are the correct size to use for solid valve systems on a Volcano.

Works but could be tougher
They do the job but don't expect to be able to re-adjust them much. If you tighten them up they'll deform a tiny bit so if you need to undo and redo the clamp it might be a little funky the second time.
