My wife has been using this for perhaps six months to increase her protein intake. She's been buying it inn the plastic jar, but it's so much more expensive that way.The plastic jar is more convenient for daily use and storing on the kitchen closet, that's for sure. But in the bag it's about half the cost of the plastic jar, So we kept the jar -- rather than recycling it -- and transferred the powder from the bag to the empty jar. Now we have the best of both worlds: easy to use jar and half the cost.The doctor is happy. My wife is happy.Recommended.

I use this product in my smoothies, love it. Tastes great, filling and gives you energy.

I use the vanilla and I wish they did not add the stevia. To tone back the sweetness, I add peanut butter powder (2 TBS) and old fashioned oatmeal 1/4 cup in my blender. Otherwise, it's too sweet for me. I've also added 2 TBS of unsweetened cocoa powder to make it a "treat" or frozen fruit and leave out the PB Powder. I drink this mixture twice a day and my energy level has increased, I no longer nap during the day, and I have lost 8 pounds. My cravings for carbs and sugar has gone down dramatically. I have also left out the PB powder and added 1/2 cup pumpkin and cinnamon and it is a great snack. I don't have the fatigue I use to experience after lunch. Wish I would have started this years ago.

This is awful. Does not dissolve it's gritty. Amazon.com will not help me told me to contact Shaklee. Shaklee can't help me with product exchange or refund because I did not buy direct from them. I want my $60 ,refund
