I am a 70 year-old man that has been suffering frequent urgency and nocturia for years. I no longer fear when I drive anywhere or when I am in public away from a restroom, and I have so much more confidence in my social life. I've used this product off & on a few times now. I do use just one softgel at a time (a day when I take it) vs recommendations of 3 for a serving. I'm a bit cautious with herbal products to see how they work before taking larger quantities. For most of my "tests" I have noted improvement with not getting up as often at night as well as the easier and more complete elimination of wastes. This also has improved my sleep at least a little because I don't notice being as uncomfortable as I have in the past. So I do believe the product is having some beneficial effects. I don't believe my troubles are as advanced as others so this may be a product that is more helpful for early stages or maybe the higher dose will work for those with more advanced problems. I do appreciate getting the 180 cnt bottle for the price as I anticipate it will last a long time. So far I haven't used even half of the bottle after several months. I also like the variety of ingredients. I have purchased Lycopene, Green tea extract, Turmeric, and some others listed on the label as individual items in past. Now they are all together so I have fewer bottles on my counter. I've used various NOW products for over 15+ years and find their quality quite good and the claims of benefits to generally perform as they intend. I will routinely look for a herbal supplement I need from NOW before investigating other vendors.

I'm a 72 year old man who's had prostate issues for decades, with frequent night time wake ups, night time incontinence, prostatitis, etc. Upon taking this product, for TWO DAYS, I actually slept 5 hours without getting up, something that hasn't happened in 20 years. I was getting up 4-5 times a night, now it's 2, or 3. Also, my stream and stop and starting is MUCH easier each day. I would caution users, be patient! This worked dramatically in the first five days, but then tapered off considerably after 3 weeks, but is still much better than without using it. It did not fix night time incontinence, but it has greatly improved! I've also noticed a drop in urgency, emptying bladder much better than before, and much less frequency during the day time hours. I was skeptical of saw palmetto alone, which my physician suggested, as I saw no difference at al with several of the highly rated supplements here on Amazon. The NOW supplement has two to three times the ingredients most prostate supplements have, which seems to have worked. I'm so thankful I didn't give up and tried this one, as it offers significant relief for long term prostate issues sufferers.

It is huge pill, but so what as long as it is great quality and works I will take it Put all substances good for prostates and this is will be 3 month. Recommend it

I had recurring prostatitis for 1 year now, and i ve been prescribed antibiotics and alfa blockers many times already. Still the painful symptomes were always there, difficulty and frequent urination, discomfort the whole day, low sex drive bcz of the constant pain. Since day one i have seen 50% imrovment, and 2 days later everything is almost normal. I dont know if this is a permanent treatment or you're meant to take it for the rest of your life, but at least it works, better then the useless harmful antibiotics and the ugly side effect of alfoo.
