Brace for Impact: Miracle on the Hudson Survivors Share Their Stories of Near Death and Hope for New Life

This was the second book I had read with interviews from the survivors of the Miracle on the Hudson. I found this as well as the other one, Miracle on the Hudson to be excellent. Hearing the gamut of emotions that these brave people went through added the personal detail to the story we all watched with awe on TV. If this story riveted you to the tv as it did most of the nation....this is a must read.

This book considers the reactions of a wide variety of Americans to a near death experience. It was moving. I would recommend to anyone who likes to explore the inner workings of our emotional makeup.

I haven't read all the stories yet, but I like that the authors have added some points to reflect on and included some questions at the end (yes, I peeked!) to consider in terms of your own life and life purpose so that you don't need to have a possibly near-death experience to prompt you in this direction.

A great follow-up to the movie and book. Truly a miracle. There are still good people in the world. Worth reading, not FAKE NEWS.

Being a retired Flight Attendant, I have often been in re-currenttraining for Brace for Impact. Luckily I never had to go into action.I commend the crew for this wonderful outcome. We are trained well!

This was a gift.

This book was for a gift and didn't have time to return it, but the front edge of the book had finger prints - like ink smudges - and also like it was a returned item. We were disappointed that AMAZON would ship out a product with that low of appearance quality. We were embarrassed to give it but the receipent;s birthday was that day. we took picture of side of book if you need it.
