Review: Best squat pad I've used - I purchased this as the squat pads at the gym are forever going missing which can make for some uncomfortable exercise. This pad fits snugly around all the Olympic barbells in the gym and stays in place securely, once it's in place it doesn't move. The pad is the perfect thickness for me and really helps to make my hip thrusts as comfortable as they be so I can really focus on perfecting my technique and feeling the burn :) as an added bonus purple is my favourite colour. Overall I'm very pleased with this product and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable squat pad.

This changes all that - now when I put this squat pad on the bar I don't feel any pain at all. I can concentrate on my squats which are now fun to do, not a chore. A tip for when you put this on the bar - make sure that the opening is at the top, if it's at the bottom then the pad will slip off when you start to do your squats, a minor point but important nonetheless.

I purchased this as the squat pads at the gym are forever going missing which can make for some uncomfortable exercise. This pad fits snugly around all the Olympic barbells in the gym and stays in place securely, once it's in place it doesn't move. The pad is the perfect thickness for me and really helps to make my hip thrusts as comfortable as they be so I can really focus on perfecting my technique and feeling the burn :) as an added bonus purple is my favourite colour. Overall I'm very pleased with this product and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable squat pad.

Great pad - only gripe is when doing hip thrusts it feels quite big so can’t get full range of motion - may be just me that has that issue though! Still very usable with hip thrusts and very comfy. I feel like this pad is more meant for squats anyway and maybe that’s why!
