Not difficult to use
The kit was shipped and delivered within a few days. The directions did not go into a lot of detail, but were pretty muchstraight forword, and with a little practice I was able to get the dents out of my car.

Happy with this purchase
Easy to assemble. Very clear and comprehensive instructions. Go slow with hammer pull, as there is more power there than you expect. Overall, very good value for money. Already pulled one dent!

Great for the Do It Yourselfer
This item works better than I expected; be careful with the plastic bridge puller, I was afraid of breaking it by putting it through to much stress. Excellent for the DIY projects.

This is the best kit all around!
This kit was perfect for getting the dent out of the back of my van. I was a little worried about putting hot glue on my car but tried it like the instructions said and it worked perfectly. I used the pull rod first and got most of the dent out and then used the bridge to get the small dents out. My 8 year old loved helping and was able to use the bridge screw to get the final dent out. I tried using this on some fairly small dents (about the size of a pencil eraser) and could not get them out. It they were old dents so not sure if that was a factor. The instructions are pretty straightforward and easy to read and understand. There is enough glue to do a lot of dent repair work. This kit does not come with a glue gun (one review said it did). My wife had a mini craft glue gun that worked just great for the job. I am very happy that I chose this kit above all the others. You get the pull rod and the bridge which I think is a must to get all the dents out. With a 16yr old driver I am glad I will have this on hand.

great kit!
My boyfriend used this to get some giant dents out of the back hatch of my Rav-4 (the dents were due to a shopping cart flying down the parking lot into my car). Overall, this product worked well. There is a large variety of sizes in which you choose to match your dent. We didn't completely get the dents out, but I'd say, we got about 90% of them, and I am much happier with how my car looks now.
