Love this cheese. More experienced on here but ok if your supplier runs out! The best smokey taste ever for me. Puts any other smoked cheeses to shame!

My son brought me back a wheel when he visited Wales. It's slightly soft which makes it a brilliant accompaniment to crackers of all varieties. The cheese has a full bodied flavour. Whilst this review is for the Bomber, the other offerings are equally as good. Theses are now my favourite cheeses for an end to a meal or just a midday snack. A little pricey, but it's worth it.

No doubt, this is an excellent Cheddar.It's packed with taste.....Tangy, yet creamy.As a cheddar " Lover ", I've had many different truckles, claiming to be " The most amazing, or strongest ", in flavour ".I won't deny, it's strong, creamy and a beautifully balanced cheese.My only caveats are: ........1) It's not the strongest cheddar out there.There are a few, I wish I could name, that to me, are more " demanding on your salivary glands ".Stronger. Yes, yet to me, not as creamy or smooth.2) The cost. For what you get, it " IS " expensive.A really good " Store bought " cheddar from the deli counter is not far off ! ( and cheaper )So, would I buy it again ?Answer: ..... YES ! It's guaranteed strength and flavour.Value for money ?It depends on your priorities..........!In conclusion, try one. It won't cost you much but it might be the " Best cheese " you've ever tried !!Enjoy.

Black Bomber is my favourite cheese. It’s smooth, very tasty and has none of those crunchy bits which seem to appear in almost all other mature cheddars.Buying this amount is great value and the cheese has a long enough use by date to ensure it’s all used up before expiry.
