1/2 Inch Shank Finger Joint Router Bit Woodworking Chisel Cutter

Installed the bit in a blue hawk router table, as soon as I turned it on and it got up to full speed. One carbide tip broke and was sent flying across the shop and it chipped another one just from spinning in the router. Nothing was near it and it didn't hit anything. I wouldn't recommend this bit, but if you do decide to buy it anyway. Please test it with the safety hood on before you use it.

I don't know how this product has so many good reviews. I was running through test pieces and none were even close to fitting together. As you can see in my picture there is WAY too much wiggle room. It's like the blades are wobbling during the cut. I ended up breaking out my micrometer and checking the blades and they are all different sizes. I would avoid this if you actually want a proper finger joint.

very poor quality the slots varied in width by up to .009 thousandths and the joint would not fit together upon checking, the carbide cutters were not uniform in thickness and were not centered on cutter body the spacers were of uniform thickness

very good quality and works great

Was easy,I used it to make small wooden boxes.Came out Good.

Regular cuality good if you are a DY

All setup but havent used it yet. Seems good though.

Has done great no trouble at all would buy again
