I bought this as a birthday's gift for my boyfriend who lives in USA, so I haven't seen the watch personally but he said he really loved it. I asked his opinion and he told me that it is a little small but very cute . As you see in the pictures, the watch has a kind of plastic protector on our pic and on both external covers. He didn't remove the protectors when he sent me the pictures. That is the reason you will see a strange plastic around the watch.I read some comments that the pic has not quality, but my boyfriend said the quality is fine. I think, it depends of the quality of the picture you send. This gift arrived on time (earlier than I expected). The seller was very kind when I asked some questions. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Giving this four stars because its durability has yet to be tested. It arrived quicker than I expected and the image was clear and exactly what I hoped for. The product arrived covered in plastic sheets to keep it clean which I loved. I hope it holds up.

I'm really impressed with this purchase. It came in really good, secure, and beautiful packaging. The item itself was exactly what I was hoping for, even the picture turned out really well even though I didn't have the best quality photo on my end when I sent it in. Appears to be of really high quality. They did really well and even included a cute little side gift. Very happy with this purchase!

We were very disappointed as this was a birthday present for an 80 year old. It is poorly made, and the picture is glued on, like a craft I could have done at home for way cheaper. We got it last minute so won't return but I'm embarrassed to gift it because it looks so cheap with a glued Pic. The engraving is nice but the fact the picture is poorly cut and glued ruined it for us.

It was perfect. I was concerned about arrival time but it made it just in time and was the perfect present for Christmas. The picture was clear and beautifully done. The watch itself was of great quality.

When I received it and opened the watch the picture fell out of the circle area, I would expect the picture to of been sealed in better but maybe that’s because of the heat. So far everything else is good, the chain isn’t that sturdy but hopefully it will last.

I was severely disappointed in this order. The watch itself is nice enough, although the clasp doesn't want to open easily and it's much smaller than expected. The "engraving" (printing) was decent. The picture inside was the big disappointment. They printed my picture on paper, glued in inside, then cut out thin plastic and glued it over it like a screen protector. The cuts aren't even smooth. It's definitely not what was advertised. I paid quite a bit extra for quicker shipping, yet it still was late and didn't arrive in time for me to attempt to find a better gift to replace it. It's a charming idea and seems like a great deal until you see it. The craftsmanship is extremely lacking. Don't waste your money.

Bought this for my boyfriend as a gift from his father. It’s got a picture of him and his dad on the inside of it, one of the last pictures he got to take of them two together before his dad passed away this year. He loved it! & Keeps it on him wherever he goes. It really ended up being perfect.
