Aquaus 360° Warm Water Handheld Bidet for Shower

I am in-home caregiver for my 90-year-old mother, who has bouts of incontinence that distress and embarrass her. I purchased this product because its long hose and connection to the shower meant I could give her a warm-water cleansing and stop irritating her skin with ecologically unfriendly wipes. I was able to install the adapter and reattach our handheld shower head to it without any tools at all. I did have to use a pair of pliers to tighten the auxiliary hose, but otherwise this was a 15-minute job. No sooner did I get it installed than we had an immediate need to use it... and I can therefore verify that the water pressure is adequate for the job at about half power, while the wand extension makes a caregiver's job much easier. We took care of Mom's needs in record time, with no discomfort on her part and much greater ease for me. Wish I'd gotten this a couple of years ago.

Works very well and just adds a big improvement in every day hygiene, Set up was easy and took about 5 minutes. I feel like this is one MAJOR aspect of hygiene that we are ignorant about in america, and this is the most impressive solution on the market. It works perfectly for me because my toilet is beside the shower and I want quick warm water. All you do is leave the shower faucet knob turned so that the sprayer is always on unless showering, then when ready to use run the bath water till warm, press the shower button on tub, then spray out a few seconds of cold water and you're ready. very happy that a bidet sprayer exists that is this advanced and that they have different models for faucet, shower and toilet water line. My girlfriend needed this because she uses a cup and refills it over and over but this makes life easier and thanks to her I stopped using toilet paper.

The stainless hose model is a big step up in quality from the plastic hose one. The metal hose avoids kinks and looks much more finished and high quality, and is well worth slightly higher price. The unit installs very easily (make sure to have Teflon thread tape to use on all threaded parts--avoids leaks and makes screwing on/off threads much easier). The actual spray handle works very well but is light plastic plated in chrome, unlike the hose and valve parts, which in contrast seem like metal (which is also chrome plated). At first it seemed like cheapo construction just because of that part. That said, in use, the spray handle has a trigger on/off that gives one a definitive feel of on/off. The spray pattern is nice, but it took a few trial/error tries to set the shower flow and temperature so it worked perfectly. We find that for bidet use, lower pressure settings with the shower faucets give best result and avoid overspray. The US-based company also offers a full list of replacement parts for this item, so if something fails or does not age well, you only need to replace the one part, not buy a whole new item. The only disappointment was the part intended to hang the spray handle is cheap plated plastic and does a lousy job of preventing the handle from falling. Instead we found a very high quality, great looking hook at Amazon that mounts to our shower wall with a suction cup, and we simply hang the sprayer by the hose instead of by the spray handle. This same sprayer/bidet comes in several configurations, but be warned that (unlike this model under review here which connects to the shower head), some of the configurations connect to cold water only! Ice cold water is not exactly what I'd like to spray on my privates in winter! Again, this model lets one mix in warm water.

This is my second one of these. The first one was the bidet for my toilet. It works so well I decided I needed one in my other bathroom. I decided to get this version for the shower. It is great because you can adjust the water pressure as needed to rinse and it is warm water. You can use it in the shower or the hose is long enough to reach my toilet which is beside of the shower. Also great to rinse the shower with! Love it. The design of the handle and sprayer is what makes it so great! Easy to use and precise. 2 different spray heads and adjustable lengths for the handle make it easy to customize for your particular situation. Great invention!

If you have arthritis, back problems or any mobility/flexibility problems, this is the shower solutions for you!!!! This product has change the way I shower. The cord on this is very long, long enough to reach what needs cleaning. The water pressure through this is fantastic. The handle has a push button to activate the water flow. It attaches to a standard shower fitting and you can leave your regular show head on. This way if other people do not need to use this, the standard fitting is still intact. I know this is listed as a handheld bidet, but I use it as a way to shower. I have limited mobility and use a shower chair in the stall. I have to sit in order to shower. This reaches long enough and is easy to operate with one hand, even your non-dominant hand. There is a valve at the fitting you attach to the shower head. You must turn this into the on position to use it. In other words you cannot run the shower head and the attachment at the same time. You must divert all the water flow through one pathway at a time. Also, so you don't ruin the valve, you must not have any water flowing when you switch the valve. Switch it before you turn the water on. Also you can tell that this is a quality piece of equipment that should last you a long time. The hose is stainless steel and it is 96" long.

Works good in shower stall or after bowel movement on toilet. Extension wand makes use on toilet easy. Only need enough toilet paper to dry self. In shower stall clean belly buttons, ears , between toes and private parts. My wife loves it in shower. I adjust temp and turn on before toilet use. Hose is long enough to go from shower to toilet. My toilet is next to shower. I hang the wand in shower stall on glass door towel bar. The unit is Best thing i have bought in years and me and my wife are cleaner for it.

Initially I wanted to get the one that connects to the faucet/tap but as it needs a very special key and the head was so tight when tried using other tools, I decided for the one connecting to the shower head. I have used this for 6 months now and we hardly buy toilet paper anymore. I would have been easier if it was connected to the faucet as it would be within easy reach. With the current shower setup, we have to turn on certain shower knobs first before the bidet is ready for use and we can use the toilet. It took some getting used to at first but we are fine with it now. Also, since this is connected to the shower, we are able to use it as an additional jet hose for some cleaning in the bath tub.

Not in original packaging, instructions inside look like they are printed from a home printer and not original, but most importantly the parts look cheap and plastic-y - not something I want to put pressured water through as I care about not causing serious water damage to my home. It also looks nothing like the genuine Aquaus 360 butt sprayer which I already own. I'm very much not a fan of bait-and-switch. If the vendor wants to sell a cheap butt sprayer, sell it as a cheap butt sprayer for a cheaper price.

I returned this. I wasn't pleased with the switch valve (it leaked even with white plumbers tape) the switch itself it's nearly as heavy duty as KES one. The hose also leaked and was quite thin. The entire set up is cheap and didn't work for us. It doesn't show the picture it's for a stall bath room not tub it was too long for our tub and very close toilet. I was impressed with the plastic chrome spray handle I bought the separate. It's the first piece to break once you drop it. I think for 80+ it should be better quality. I purchased the KES valve and better hose I'm happy.

Be aware, it is not in the original package, but it is as good and cheaper. I received a missing part, and a part that was duplicate but seemed used, the rest are new and good, tries contacting the seller, they don’t answer phones, and don’t return voicemails, but they are good in responding by email when I sent them email, they resend me the parts from local fulfillment and got it fast, excellent service to fix an issue, thanks. As for the product, it is really good, but I don’t think the pressure as strong as I expected, I have seen stronger pressure, but it is all good.

Very glad I purchases this model over the other options. This design is far superior to the others I have seen, in so many ways! I have been very happy with this product. I especially love that you can have warm water (I likely would not really use if I only had cold), and the ability to control water pressure is just wonderful. Very well designed and great to use! I highly recommend this product.
