Seashells of the World (A Golden Guide from St. Martin's Press)

Fast shipping as always! This small but mighty book is pocket size and is fully illustrated. It can literally fit in my back pocket. Just FYI.

My daughter loves the golden guide books! We got this before going on a vacation to Florida and she brought the book with to identify different shells. Great addition to our growing golden guide series.

I have purchased this book before. I have a small seashell museum and love collecting books aboit shells for my library. I woild love to find a source for these books to have available to sell. They are great.

Taught science to 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades in a science lab for many years. The binding will start to come apart but a lot of students handled them before that happened. A great way to introduce science to a child. They can be used on trip or in the back yard.

I love Golden Guides. I got my first as a kid in the 60’s. I still have all of mine & am now buying them for my grandchildren. Not at all babyish, great illustrations, with informative written detail.

This great LITTLE book arrived in a short time and in perfect condition. It is just right to tuck into your beach bag to take shelling. It has so many pictures and lots of information on most any shell you might find on the beach. It is easy to use and understand; great for beginner shell seekers.

Son petit format permet de l'emporter partout, il se glisse dans la poche lorsqu'on part sur la plage. Il regorge d'illustrations magnifiques et très nombreuses. Toutefois si on s'intéresse plus particulièrement aux coquillages des côtes européennes, je conseille plutôt " Le guide des bords de mer " aux Éditions Delachaux

Zwar ein kleines Buch, aber mit enorm umfassend, so dass wir die meisten unserer, auch an fernen Stränden gesammelten, Schnecken und Muscheln bestimmen konnten. Exakte und naturnahe Zeichnungen. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
