The color of wood is dark and light in certain areas but still beautiful
Happy with my purchase, glad I read other reviews that mentioned the wood is somewhat discolored or does not look even colored like in the picture...so when it arrived sure enough it was not the dark wood...wood is dark in areas and light in others ...but I still think it's a great buy!

Love the statue but hmmmm...
Love the statue, however, the coloring was different than the picture. The wood is even colored and rich in the photo and I received mine with a lot of discoloration. Not sure if I like the discoloration or not. It's not bad just not what I expected. Maybe a little polishing will help or maybe leaving it as is, is just as good too. Jury is still out :).
