I am an adult and really like these! I had a root canal and had to eat soft food before and after. I was afraid it wouldn’t be palatable, but it’s yummy. The bananas make it sweet enough. It’s similar to a “green” Odwalla or Naked juice but thicker.

This is an excellent brand, but this particular flavor combination wasn’t appealing to me. The kale was overpowering. It’s almost like concentrated kale. Someone’s else might love it. I love their other combinations.

My son likes these pouches so decided to buy some from Amazon. When I received them they were expired! Wish someone would have noticed before sending them off but luckily Amazon refunded me. I will not be purchasing again.
