These pads are excellent. I have very sensitive skin and these do not bother me at all. No sticking or chaffing. They do not feel thick when wearing them, but they are extremely absorbent (I use one pad all night and one pad all day). No weird smells to these, and since they are individually wrapped, they are easy to take along in a diaper bag or purse (just in case). Overall, highly recommend these.

These are super absorbant and stay attached to your bra the whole day. No leaks whatsoever for almost a year now. Doesn’t even feel like you are wearing them either. Favorite nursing pads!

Ok, I was worried when buying this on Amazon because a lot of reviewers complained that the product that you receive isn't the same as what was advertised or that this was the "older version that wasn't soft, etc." However, I decided to buy it anyways since I could always return it on Amazon (gotta love their easy hassle-free return policy)! Although the box design is different, it was the same soft material as what I had purchased in the store. I have also tried the washable organic kind and this is far more superior to it! It absorbs A LOT and I leak constantly. I cheat... in order to get the most use out of the pad (since it can be pricey to constantly change pads and I'm trying to be more eco-friendly), I don't center the pad on my nipples. I try to use all 4 "corners" of the pad. This works great during the day. During the night, I have to center the pad so that it can soak everything up. Works like a charm. You can compare how much it absorbs by holding a new pad in one hand and a completely soaked pad in the other. Even my husband is amazed at how much it soaks up and how heavy it can get... and still no leakage! Right now, my baby is 12 weeks old and I use anywhere between 1-3 sets a day (depending on how much I leak). I feel 100% secure with this brand and do not have to worry about leakage in public. I also use nursing tanks and the adhesive doesn't stick to the fabric really well. That doesn't matter anyways, since I take the pad off every time I nurse. I also switch to a fresh/new part of the pad (in order to get more usage out of the pad). I'm glad that Amazon sells this in a 4 pack and for a reasonable price as I'll be using these for a very long time! Love the subscribe and save program too!

Helps with leakage, size fits well in bra and comfortable

3 time nursing a baby, and I can’t go without them! They keep me dry during the day and throughout the night. I don’t notice them - they are comfortable. I find this pack is a good value for the money

These are superior by miles to all other brands of disposable nursing pads I tried. I used them from the time I was about 6 months pregnant through nursing my son for a year and half. In that time, I tried ALL brands I could get my hands on just to make sure I was buying the best product for my money. I tried the NUK brand, which was the cheapest option, although not nearly absorbent enough with a newborn, and the adhesive did not work well. I would end up with big leak circles around the pads if I wore them overnight. I also tried the medela brand which come in samples with your pump parts (bottles, tubes) if you have a medela pump. While I will say the quality was good, the adhesive just wasn't up to par with Lansinoh brand, and anyhow the medela brand pads cost more. I did not try the washable, reusable cloth pads, so I cannot speak to those although I know a lot of people have had excellent results with those, or using both based on circumstance. The Lansinoh pads are easy and quick to pack in a bag, come individually wrapped and are simple to open the package. The absorbency is excellent and the adhesive to stick to your bra is the best I encountered. It usually didn't even budge when I would flip down my bra to nurse. In addition, the price you pay for quantity of pads is much better on amazon if you buy in bulk (you're likely to need a lot anyway), and if you are on amazon mom you may often find coupons for these as well. Just to throw it out there, I also found Lansinoh breastmilk storage bags to be the best value among many competitors if you are looking for which brand is right for you (and you should be, unless you are okay with a lot of leaky milk bags all over your fridge).

These were the only pads that actually absorbed milk. All other (cheaper) pads I tried just puffed up with milk and never dried out - these were a total game changer for me. Definitely worth the extra expense.
