I had this light fixture installed in 2021, woke up this morning and the light won't come on. I'm not sure why it worked all this time and now nothing. I'm hoping I don't have to replace the entire light plus hire electrician to install. Thought lights were forever?

Light was beautiful and it was a perfect addition to our remodeled guest bath - but here we are, less than 2 years after purchasing it and it's dead. We have to purchase an entirely new light fixture. Not good.

Edit 1/4/22: update, someone has sent me multiple requests to delete my comment in exchange for money, however I believe in leaving honest reviews of items to allow people to make better choices based on their needs and also to give fair assessments to suppliers of their product, so I will not be deleting my review, but I would like buyers to be aware that this is happening and to know that a lack of negative reviews may be because of the offer of money to take it down. In other news, my light is still working just fine and I still like it and I stand by my review I posted just over a year ago.Pros: the light is really bright (down side of that is you can now see all the flaws in my wall lol), it’s definitely a bright white light not a warm white. It does look very pretty as well, and I appreciate that they send extra pieces of the stones in case one breaks or falls out or whatever. They also sent some gloves, presumably to do the wiring, however they are basically winter gloves (which I’m going to be using them for) not exactly great for handling the wiring.Cons: the “instructions” are a load of crap. They send a card with a link to a YouTube video on how to put it up, but the video is not helpful if you have a junction box already there (which I did). There’s also random screws sent with it that I cannot for the life of me figure out and they don’t use them in the video either. It was super weird and very annoying because I kept thinking I was missing something. Also pain in the butt to actually hang because it’s hard to hold the fixture and connect the wires when you only have two hands. Also the light itself isn’t level on the box, like when I put it up the box is level but not the light and you can’t really adjust it. It’s not terribly off, but enough to annoy me.Overall, I’d say it looks really pretty, I’ve only had it up for a few hours so we’ll see how long it lasts. I would definitely recommend having 2 people to hang it as I ended up stacking a bunch of boxes on my sink to hold the fixture while I connected the wiring and it all took significantly longer than it should have, probably due to my inexperience and lack of a second pair of hands. I will say though that although it was a pain, I did do it on my own and I had never done it before, just watched my dad, so if you’re a beginner DIY then it’s possible just frustrating. I gave it 3 stars overall because of the ridiculous instructions and unclear use of materials which could be unsafe and make installing confusing plus the light being uneven.

We have our bathrooms remodeled. The old lights were taken out and our electrician put in the new crystal light bars. They look beautiful and very modern. We are happy with the result. Yes, I will recommend this product to whoever wants to update their bathroom. Most effective way is to change the light and the have the cabinets painted. Else if you have a standalone sink/cabinet unit, switch it out to a new unit and have this crystal light put in along with a new mirror. A very dramatic change to the very best with minimum costs. Good product, fair price, much enjoyment.

The crystal light box is okay. Pretty light fixture, but need to know that there needs to be a box already installed in the wall, and there has to be enough room b/w it and the mirror / cabinet, cause the screws for the light to the box is at the top of the box and at the bottom of the box. If you want to screw it on and have access to it, you gotta have very small baby hands like Deadpool and a baby screw driver. Secondly, it's not as bright as my previous light that held multiple LED bulb, looks better but not as bright. And lastly,, the crystals, they are pretty and all butare not that big, each crystal squares are about inch and half by inch and half.They give you four extra in case you loose 'em or scratch them. It's okay, not too shabby, but did not meet my expectations. It's basically a fancy box for the led strip.

Easy to install.

Bought this for our bathroom as we are renovating. Needed new lights and saw this one. At first I was wondering if this will lighten up the room as we never used led lights for the bathroom but in the end it works great and it was easy to install. It's quite bright and because our bathroom isn't too big and it's a square shape, it was perfect lighting to the whole room. Although there were a lot of foam bits stuck to the lights when we opened it, took a while to get rid of them.Overall it looked very sharp and makes our bathroom more fancy now! Once the renovations is done, more pictures to come. Hope that helps.

It looked really small in the box but once installed on the wall, it is simple but it looks great and the lighting is perfect for a vanity.

I love the product quality, style and easy to install , however they did not send the correct LED colour.....they were suppose to be worm white, these are stark blue white........it clashes with my other lighting.... completely off. I cannot have other lighting on when these vanity lights are on.

Just wonderful. I pared this with Lightless Wall Sconce Modern Crystal and together they give a lovely ambiance to my bathroom. I will share a picture shortly.
