I use a bearing press/puller to make it quick and easy. 2) Gently remove any bearing shields (if any). 3) Open up the container and loosen the wingnut until all the spacers come off. 4) Place each bearing on the bolt separated by a spacer (you can clean 8 bearings at a time. Tighten the wing net. 5) Fill up 1/3 of the container with the solvent of your choice. I use 91% Isopropyl alcohol or 99% Isopropyl alcohol (don't use 70%). 6) Screw on cover tight and shake rapidly. 7) Pour out the solvent.
