Does this come with a refill?

Hi, it comes with only one pack of bags, refill is really very hard to get, I found some from a pet store. Otherwise a very good liter. disposal bin.

How many litres is this litter locker?

I’d say it’s around 5Lt’s give or take just by looking at the size and guessing. But it takes ages to fill and holds more than you expect.

Is the "film" biodegradable?

I dont think so as it needs to be strong.

I’d like to know what I’m supposed to do when you can’t buy the refill cartridge any more??!! The bin is basically useless now . Have to get a new one

The refills are extortionately priced. Just keep the old cassette and use regular bin bags, tucked over the top to hold in place, works just as well and you can use biodegradable ones too.
