The utility of the pockets are limited, but that is what gives the bag character…. and I get compliments all the time. It’s a great bag.

The backpack is amazing. The leather is soft and thick. The stitching seems strong. Metal zippers are used, and that is a huge plus, as I've always had the plastic zippers fail. They have different options on hardware. I chose this style for ease of access. As a railroad worker, this bag will be used every trip, as we are required to carry books, work items, and personal items. From locomotives to crew vans to the hotel and back home again. The backpack will travel many miles in a year.

The bag is beautiful the leather is thick and very strong does not feel cheap at all the pockets are great I don't understand why people say they're small they're not there's more than enough room in this bag to carry everything you could possibly need and then some the look and style of the bag is just beautiful it looks nice for business or for outdoors

Masa Kawa service is unbelievably great!
I purchased this backpack as a gift for a friend in England. Shortly after purchase I received an email (via Amazon) from Masa Kawa. I was asked if I was satisfied (and if not them and they would make things right), and if I had any questions. I contacted my friend and he sent his comments to me, all positive, which I forwarded to Masa Kawa. Impressive, I thought, and I expected that would be end of it. Yet instead I got response from them.! My friend had commented about having not yet having tried the backpack in the rain, something they gave plenty of in England. The response from Masa Kawa was a thorough explanation of leather and water, along with what to do if the backpack became soaked! It was useful advice!And my friend does like the pack. Me, I'm so impressed with Masa Kawa that I'm now reviewing my birthday present list. Surely someone on it must need a backpack.
