Cool under pressure! ❄️
Super Lube 98003 Silicone Heat Sink is a 3 oz tube of high-performance thermal compound designed to enhance heat transfer efficiency in electronic components. Its unique formulation prevents hardening and ensures longevity, making it ideal for heat-sensitive parts. With low bleed characteristics and high dielectric strength, this product is engineered to provide reliable insulation and prevent overheating.

Great for HV and RF work.
The package was delivered within 2 days of placing the order and I live in a rural area. The heat sink compound was used to install replacement power transistors in a ham radio transceiver. Computer heat sink compound is frequently electrically conductive, especially at RF frequencies. This product is electronically neutral and stays stable at high temperatures over a period of years; which is what you want in a piece of RF equipment that may be operated under less than ideal conditions. This tube is probably a lifetime supply for me, but I would buy another if I lost or used this tube up.

Good purchase
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Exactly as described

Dependable good quality
Synthetic grease hat sink paste stays flexible and stays where it is placed, very effective transfer of heat. Not as messy as other brands.

Good product, arrived very quickly!
The 3 oz. tube of Super Lube 98003 Silicone White Heat Sink Paste showed up quickly and without any problems with this part of the order. Yes, that's a hint, but it doesn't apply to this item and seller!I have numerous LED lights in which the mfgrs. either failed to use heat sink paste between the rear of the LED board and the heat sink / chassis, or just applied a little smear that doesn't even cover 20% of the heat sink contact area: It's no wonder LED lights have gained a bad rap for not making it to even 1/2 of their rated lifetimes.Right off the bat, I have two LED Bay lights that actually have a nice, good heat sink, but no paste between the Aluminum back of the LED board, and the contact area of the heat sink. I'll run a 10 minute test to see how warm the heat sink gets, then I'll pull 'er back apart, apply this heat sink paste, and re-test. If results are good, as I expect, I'll upgrade this rating to 5 stars. This paste may not meet the specs for high end CPU cooling (which if problematic is likely more a problem of inadequate heat sink area, than the efficacy of the heat sink compound). However, it should be fine for most electronics purposes.Design hint for Super Lube and LED light manufacturers: While neither a clear high temp silicone grease nor glass have the best heat conduction in the world, quite a lot could be done on the FRONT side of LED boards to conduct away heat. You'd lose a little light output passing through the grease, but likely no more passing through the glass than you do through plastic, and since LED efficiency is better when they are not hot, the end output would likely be at least as good as typical designs. The big gain would be in fewer failures and returns. Careful engineering would reduce the amount of glass and clear heat sink paste needed, and rear heat sinking could probably be reduced.

works well, doesn't run
perfect to mount golf cart controller to heatsink. Probably enough in the bottle for 6 very generous applications to a 6x6 area
