This is a good consept but if it has 2 straps to go around your buttocks it would de great. Your testicles get supposed but only when standing or walking if sitting or lying it slips off material is fine does not irritate skin but I would advise to buy one that has straps around your buttocks if you did surgery. There are surgical support ones but they don't have a hole for your penis why I think this would be best. If you get one with strap around the buttocks and a place for the penis to hang out will be best.

Overall a good product. Just be aware that the size chart is for when the pouch is laid flat at stretched out. It’s not reflecting of the size of the actually pouch. I recommend going a size higher than you would think.

I purchased this product to help keep all 'bits and bobs' in place while learning to ride my unicycle. The support aid seems well made and will probably last for quite some time. It helps to keep everything forward so that the unicycle seat doesn't apply so much pressure to 'the fellas'. I purchased two styles of these supports and noted, based on both purchases, that it is VERY important to get the correct size. The pouch of this product is soft and holds fairly securely. I was concerned about the waist strap, but it is easily adjustable, comfortable, and holds securely after putting it on, without problems.For those with post-surgery support needs or anyone needing extra "cuppage" and support for unicycling or other reasons, I would recommend giving this a try.

Little uncomfortable but works

When you take it out of the package, the first thing I noticed was the frayed edges and stitching. It’s simply looked cheap.This scrotal sling is Designed to hold the scrotum by the waist straps that hold each top corner of the sling and wrap around to connect to the opposite top corner. There is no strap to keep the bottom of the sling in place. Eventually the bottom of the sling’s “scrotum holder” will come up and the scrotum is left unsupported while the strap will then irritate the rest of the “manlhood package” and/or any incisions from recent surgeries. Do not buy! Get one with a center strap (or 2) that holds the bottom in place.

The product write-up is deceptive in terms of sizing and quality. Don't waste your money.

Didn’t do as advertised

ive had post vasetomy pain (surgery was almost a year ago), which i've isolated to a 'hanging lower' issue, so support is needed. i've been using modified straps or even stuffing a sock underneath for support, but both have been problematic (requiring adjustments throughout the day).this device is perfect.other jock straps i've found were either too tight around the 'boys,' or provided no hole for the 'dog.'i went with the large. the waste strap is a little on the long side for a 33" waist (but i may just cut an inch outta the strap and adjust the velcrow) but the pouch is perfect.no cumbersome plastic clasp buckles either, which is good, besides the one plastic loop-hinge for redirecting the strap back to the adhesive part.
