Hi! Ready Balance has no added artificial flavors. It has the natural Coconut oil flavor. Hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Q: I live in a hot climate. If it gets hot during shipping, will it ruin it?

I live in Fl and its Hot. I have not had any issues with spoilage of the products due to heat.

Q: How many doses do u get?

I use both the HiCal and probiotic product for my 2 cats(FiV). Depending on time of year, I may us a dose daily, and now use a dose every 3rd day. The HiCal comes with more doses. How many u can eke out of either, depends on how hard you press on the plunger, probably half the dose. I am careful, put either one directly into their wet food, cover lightly. The instructions do come with it. Either product should last at least a month for the cat needing intensive care. Mine just need supplemental dosing to their regular diet and may last at least a month and a half.

Q: Is this supposed to come with a seal along with the white cap? Mine doesn’t have a seal.

Can only tell u how mine arrived. It had a cellophane/plastic wrap on the cap. I don’t recall an extra internal seal. It has never appeared to have been harmed in any way.
