Nail Clippers for Men Thick Nails, 16MM Wide Jaw Opening

These are easily the sharpest nail clippers I've owned. They cut cleanly through thick fingernails and toenails without crushing, tearing, or requiring a lot of force. If you're used to older clippers that mash the nail before finally cutting it, these are a noticeable upgrade. The redesigned shape makes them easier to hold and gives better leverage than traditional clippers. They feel solid, well-made, and the wider opening handles thicker nails without struggling. One word of caution: these are **very** sharp. That's exactly what makes them work so well, but take your time, especially when trimming close to the skin. A little care goes a long way. Overall, this is a simple tool that's been improved in all the right ways. Sharp blades, excellent leverage, sturdy construction, and clean, effortless cuts make these an easy five-star recommendation.

I was finding the traditional toe nail trimmer was not working well for me. Especially for the nail on my big on the right foot. The angle of the trimming end to the handle applied the leverage needed. The lower part of the jaw captured the clipping versus the scattering from my traditional trimmer. The trimmer appears to be well built and very good quality. Had not noticed, in the description, that the trimmer came with a very effective nail file. The file was a well like plus. It quickly smoothed the edges of the trimmed nail. Finally, there is a "on/off" slider on the handle which will keep the cutting blade closed and protected until it is needed.

I have hammer toes, and with a stiff back, these are easier to use than normal toenail clippers. But rather than review them, I'll respond to some of the complaints I saw about them. 1) The Size is what I expected. They are the same size as typical toenail clippers. 2) Yes, they are sharp ... but that's what you want for them to work well. I've accidently cut myself with the more standard convex style clippers too. As with anything, you have to be careful. 3) One valid complaint is the lock. If it slid up, rather than down, they would not accidently lock closed while you were trying to use them.

These angled Toenail clippers for "Seniors" are excellent for anyone who hates to try to reach their toenails. The blades are very sharp, curved and cuts with 1st press. The Ergo handle is long but easy to use. I read about the handle being slippery, mine seems to be textured and has a "thumb" groove to steady it. Easy to use with my arthritic fingers and toes. Must have for keeping your feet looking good.

Best clippers I've personally ever used with excellent build quality. These can really cut inwards to a much deeper level than normal clippers. Also incredibly sharp. Bought a 2nd pair because I was so impressed.

When I saw this, I knew immediately that I was going to have to learn how to use it like a kid learning how to ride a bike. But, it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was and it was really easy to use. It’s very late weight, very great quality, and is a very sturdy piece of equipment for what you’re trying to do. The only thing you’re gonna have an issue with. Is your kids potentially taking it and you losing one and having to buy another one.

The file alone is worth the price of admission. Excellent job with the wide opening and angle allows a much better clip. The file is spectacular, I jumped in for the clippers but really enjoy the nail file.

The larger handle was the best feature for my weak hands. They were lightweight and easy to use. The quality of the blades though weren’t super sharp like those on the Tweezerman brand. After being cut the nails were not smooth and needed filed to smooth out the edges. I’ll give them another try but if i end up with the same results, I’ll go back to my other brand.
