the Best Olive Oil
This is a very high quality olive oil. I've been buying this for the last 5 years and it is the only oil that I use in my kitchen. It is a little expensive but it is worth it to get a quality Olive oil.

NOT FRENCH OLIVES !!
If you thought this was French olive oil, you are sorely mistaken like me my friend. While it may be a good tasting product from a French company, the source of the olives is from Spain and Greece. Upon arrival, the source is spelled out in fine print English on the can, but there is nothing I could find in text or image on Amazon that indicates this. For the premium, I would expect olives from Provence., I can get good quality Greek and Spanish olive oil for about 75% less.Attention aux chareltons !

A REALLY GOOD EVOO
This is an excellent EVOO. Great tossed with pasta sauces at the end of the cooking process, It is even good when tossed with pasta and nothing but minced garlic at the end of the pasta cooking process. Good on salads, fish, and when basted on hamburger patties during the cooking process. It is a very versatile EVOO.

Best olive oil out there
I'm really starting to hate the person who brought me back a small bottle of Nicolas Alziari olive oil from a trip to Nice. After trying it, I haven't been able to tolerate any other olive oil. None of them are as light, smooth, rich and olive-tasting (as opposed to pepper-tasting) as this. I go through at least two large bottles a year. That's $100 of olive oil. But I finally convinced myself that life's just too short to use cheap olive oil. So this is the only one I buy now. If anyone else knows of an olive oil that's just as good, but less expensive, please let me know. Otherwise, I'll be sticking with Alziari.
