Q: Can i used this ink to my hp deskjet 1050 printer for mug printing...

No Sir, Sublimation ink is used only in Piezo head which is available in epson and brother printer. In HP its Thermal head on which you will not be able to print sublimation ink

Q: Can it be used on pure 100% fabric ?

You can, but the ink won't stay, and will fade out pretty soon if you sublime it on pure fabric with a heat press. I'm assuming you're talking about cotton, which is porous. So the ink won't obviously stay on properly, and will leak onto whatever is below it. If you get fabric with a rubberized area, you can sublime on top of that, as it is not porous.
