So far very good is being working fine with my stomach it's this easy to digest and drink, dissolve fast doesn't stay groomed or doesn't have that Iron flavor when you drink it. I drink it with fat-free milk and I have used it for a month before I post this review, to make sure that I was posting something valuable to others. It do keep me satisfied for 3- 4 hours, but not at the 8 minutes as suggested, takes a little longer. Its been easier to go, I don't get constipated anymore as I used to. I feel different when I drink it kind of more energetic I wouldn't say loss weight because I go to the gym 4 days a week to maintain myself.so I just like it because it's less sweeter than others proteins I used before and is thinner to The Taste. The (but) it's because every persons body is different and what might work for me, might not work for you.Will update if any changes.

Tiene muy buen sabor pero no me quita mucho el hambre la verdad, lo uso más para darle sabor a mis batidos

Hace 4 años lo tomé y me ayudó a quitar la ansiedad y quedas saciado, esto me ayudó a perder más de 25 kilos , y deje de tomarlo pero hoy estoy comenzando de nuevo , porque tengo de nuevo ansiedad y he recuperado uno kilos , así que a empezar de nuevo , gracias Dr. Salomon es un ejemplo a seguir 🙏😘🙌😘😘🙏🙏🙏Con el café ☕️ y le añades aceite de coco, es una delicia 😋

Don’t expect miracles, this is just another protein.I will keep using it but I’m not impressed or satisfied with the promise/results ratio.
