Very good product, was using earlier model since 2 decades. New upgraded, sturdy, easier model. Options are convenient to handle. Best gift to home kitchen, rather must have. Enjoy fresh restaurant style salads, curries, chips, what not....

MR TIPS i only review products I use
THE GOOD amazing trust me do not get another madaline this one is the one u need the blade is sharp and if your using the protector it is the most safest madaline i have used. this is for the level of profession chefs for sure as it is very sharp safe and just works THE BAD if you dont use the protector you will chop of your finger i did my tip already lol but it was my own fault as i wasnt using the protector. keep in mind you will not always be able to use it as some foods are too small and dont stick properly in the protector THE TIPS start of going slow after a week of cooking you will get faster with practice use this for lettuce for a salad i find that with dressing pour on the salad it was more evenly mixed which made my salad expressing better clean with hot water after each use right away this will keep your blade for years

Super super super . And luckily it’s original . My happiness has no bounds . Just go for it . Thank u amazon . Light weight . Sharp blades . One needs to take care of fingers . Over all super satisfied .

Classic Borner
I remember my Mom using her bright orange Borner slicer when i was a kid (some 36 years ago) and when she got a new one as a gift several years ago she gave me the original one that she has had for all that time. After 36 years and who knows how many hundreds (possibly thousands) of pounds of vegetables, it finally came apart a couple of months ago (although it was still razor sharp) so I bought this new one to replace it. Same great quality and razor sharpness. I've used it a couple of times now for a stirfry and a soup and must say that i am impressed with the new style and new settings/functions. I can't wait to see how many years i have this one for and if i will be handing it down to my daughter someday. TIP : DO NOT EVER put in the dishwasher!!! My Moms friend went through several of them and the only thing she did different was put it in the dishwasher. HAND WASH ONLY!! It only takes 10 seconds to wash it off by hand if you rinse it right away. Cheers!!
