Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny

Watched this for my son’s 18th birthday outdoor movie. He had a great time and laughed a lot. Great movie!

Another movie that finally made the jump from dvd to blu ray. One of my all time favorites as a Jack Black and Tenacious D fan. Great movie, low brow laughs, awesome scenes that rock your socks off. What more do you need?

The most important movie ever about the most important band ever! I've been waiting for this in HD for a decade and so glad the amazing Shout Factory finally made it happen!

This movie is hardly a classic, and the humor does sometimes hit. But, a lot of the jokes are a bit juvenile for my current sensibilities. Definitely would have been more my thing back in high school, but not now. The music is great though. If you're a fan of the general rock-metal scene, they have absolutely astonishing cameos. I was not expecting to see Meat Loaf or Dio in this film, but they're there! And they have vocal parts as well. This film is a bit of a comedy musical kind of thing, and the music is pretty good. People often forget how talented of a vocalist Jack Black is.Overall, I don't regret my purchase, but it's hardly a movie I would watch on multiple movie nights. Still listen to the soundtrack on YouTube though.

A great movie from the beginnings of tenacious D. Let the one go we had when we downsized, a little pricy but nice to have back in the collection!!

Questo DVD è per gli appassionati del genere quindi la recensione è soggettiva.Oggettivamente posso dire che erano anni che lo cercavo e non riuscivo a trovarlo da nessuna parte in italiano, a parte il prezzo molto elevato, (ma gli appassionati sono disposti a pagarlo per averlo) devo dire che il DVD era in condizioni perfette, perfettamente funzionante, e sopprattutto sono stata molto soddisfatta del venditore che mi ha perfettamente consigliata nell'acquisto, mi ha risposto subito, ha chiarito i miei dubbi ed è stato molto disponibile.

Si vous avez apprécié les Blues Brothers, que vous êtes fans de rock/métal et que vous souhaitez rigoler pendant 1h30, foncez voir ce film!Sérieusement.Foncez.

Estupenda película. Muy divertida y muy recomendada. Me ha llegado enseguida y en perfecto estado. Si queréis disfrutar de una película con humor, buena música y micha locura, esta debe ser tu elección.
