Q: What are the cleaning instructions for these? Iv been using them for a month and don't want to ruin them by cleaning them wrong.

Not sure. I didn't see any cleaning instructions, but my head would be hand wash in folders water ,mild soap, air dry

no it is not removable its all one peace. if you do not like the writing on it just cover it up with a felt pen these pads are very good I used them for over 3 months

Q: I have bought three pairs of these. I love how the feel, but within a couple of weeks, the gel in all three pairs has split and is uncomfortable.

When we contacted the manufacturer, they let us know they are warrantied for 90 days. To have the most comfortable gel possible, this is what they warranty and will replace them if ordered less than 90 days ago. We have had zero claims from people within that 90 days. I suggest you contact who you purchased them from and they can help you if you need to put in a warranty claim.
