Versatile
Love my Ooni Pro! It not only makes absolutely amazing pizza, but I also use it for seafood/fish, chicken, homemade naan...literally anything. I'm not a red meat eater, but I've seen people make some fantastic looking steaks and chops in it too.I typically use charcoal and hardwood for my fuel. The coals get it hot then I add wood to kick it up another notch. Pizzas take about 1-1.5 minutes to cook and literally make some of the best Neapolitan pizzas I've ever had.My back hatch broke after my first use. I was a little disappointed, but Ooni support was phenomenal. They had a replacement in the mail the next day.I had the Ooni 3 prior to the Pro. I wish I would have gotten the Pro to begin with. The 3 was a nice oven, but the Pro is a game changer. Cannot recommend this oven more! Worth every penny!

NYC Pizza, deep in the heart of Texas.
“Marry a Texan and you’re moving to Texas.”But as a Jersey boy, I miss pizza. Real pizza.900 degree, wood fired, NYC style, Arturo’s, Lombardi’s in Little Italy style.If you want something done right, do it yourself. AND use the right tool for the job. Boy, this is it!Fantastic! Gets to 900+ in 30-40min on a handful of loose kindling and 1 small piece of seasoned wood.I got caught in a sudden downpour and the glass on the door cracked. (900 degree glass + 50 degree water. No fault of the product, just science.)Great I thought, there’s $100 to replace the door. Nope! $6.95 for a piece of glass. Shipping will be more than the part. I will happily pay it. :)

Horrible product, horrible customer service
Horrible product, horrible customer serviceI'm Italian born and was taught to make pizza from my Neapolitan grandmother and mother, it is the birthplace of pizza, I make excellent pizza in a regular oven but because of small compact size of ooni 16 oven either pizza burns or is undercooked, I requested to return it and have not been told how to return it by ooni support though I have reached out several times and there is no customer support phone number, that already is a red flag. The product is a complete waste of money, you can make better pizza in a regular oven. Do not waste your time and money!!! BUYER BEWARE, and customer service has yet to tell me how I can return the product. I requested to return it Feb 22, and it is March 12 and they have not told me how I can return this wasted $600. product.

An excellent portable pizza oven at a gret value!
The media could not be loaded. I own a catering company in Carlsbad CA and this our second Uuni Pro oven we have purchased. They work extremely well and we have cooked over 200 pizzas in our first unit with no issues. It cooks differently depending on the heat source you use. I can have the oven at 900f in 10 minutes flat using real wood. We cater pizza parties in people backyard and do mobile cooking classes and we have no problem picking up the oven and transporting it to tighter spots. Definitely recommend this oven to any wood fired oven pizza fan.

An Amazing Product with Unparalleled Customer Service
I have never written an Amazon.com product review ever. I had to write a review for this product because this product is that amazing! I am a pizza nut. I love making my dough and sauces from scratch. There is something special about making your own pizzas at home that gives you tremendous satisfaction as a foodie. If you are looking for an awesome pizza oven to step up your pizza game to a whole new level, try this oven! I have been using a pizza stone in my oven for many years now. The downside was that my oven only reached 550 degrees F.My family and I love the Ooni Pro Pizza Oven. Depending on your fuel source that you choose, you can easily hit temperatures well over 900 degrees in about 30 minutes. I use a mixture of kiln dried oak wood along with lump charcoal. The pizzas that come out of this oven is so amazing that you will only want to cook pizzas in the Ooni Pro. The flavors profiles that the pizzas take on after being cooked in this oven rivals your best pizza joints.On a side note, the customer service from Ooni is second to none. I had an issue with my pizza oven when it was first delivered. Emily from Ooni Customer Service Department took care of the issue with a brand new replacement in less than 48 hours! I have never had such a pleasant, professional and expedient customer service experience to that level before. Absolutely top notch Customer Service.Well done Ooni for an amazing product! You have a loyal customer for life!

Pizza will cook and burn in seconds. Never take your eye off pizza
Door sticks quite a bit. I made some adjustments and now it works fine.
