Product Description Product Description DENSO has been one of the world's leading pioneers of OEM quality spark plug technology since 1959. Our continuous R&D work has achieved unmatched, world-first advances in performance, fuel economy and emissions reduction, which is why they are selected as original equipment by leading vehicle manufacturers including Volvo, Vauxhall/Opel, Peugeot, Citroën, Nissan, Subaru, Suzuki and Toyota. DENSO's all-makes aftermarket Spark Plug programme is especially selected to bring you the very best of those unique, patented technologies – all made in our own QS 9000 and ISO 9000 certified factories to the highest OEM standards. Overall there are more than 6,600 continually updated automotive references, covering 99% of the European car parc. Our ranges include DENSO-designed Standard and Double Platinum Spark Plugs; high performance, non-precious metal TwinTip (TT) Spark Plugs; the world's most efficient and extensive Iridium Spark Plug ranges (Iridium Tough®, Iridium Long Life, Iridium Power® and Iridium Racing®); and ultra-ignitable, emission reducing Super Ignition Plugs (SIP) especially designed for harsh engine environments. DENSO's Double Needle Iridium Tough® Spark Plugs are the latest addition to the programme.Spark plugs may not be able to increase engine power, but a more efficient spark can improve combustion, delivering associated performance, efficiency and economy benefits. Guaranteeing optimum engine performance, DENSO delivers replacement spark plugs for almost every spark plug motorcycle, marine and small engine application – whether run on petrol, gas or LPG. Box Contains 1 x iridium spark plug Review: Proven durability, direct fit replacement, better throttle response - Denso Iridium Spark Plugs, IXU24 Tested on Ducati Monster 696 These are a direct replacement for NGK DCP8RE or Champion RA6HC spark plugs, which are used on a variety of motorcycles mostly the air-cooled Ducati L-Twin engines, such as the one in my Ducati Monster 696. The fine wire tip is 0.4mm in diameter, which many people confuse as the gap. The OEM gap for my DCP8RE plugs was listed as 0.7-0.8mm, however many people on the Internet recommended 0.9mm as a minimum gap when using Iridium spark plugs. They recommended upgrading the spark plug wires as well to handle the higher voltage for jumping that larger gap. Fine wire iridium plugs are mainly used on automotive engines due to their hardness, resistance to erosion, and overall durability in order to survive 100k miles. Since Ducati motorcycles are rather high maintenance (7500 mile interval for valve adjustments and timing belt replacements), copper plugs are used. I have never had copper plugs last longer than 10k-15k miles before the center electrode showed significant erosion. On a motorcycle, the fine wire iridium plug is supposed to require less voltage to arc across the gap, which means a larger gap is needed/required/recommended. I set my IXU24's at 0.9mm and installed Magnecor 2582 spark plug wires. These wires have a 8.5mm insulation versus the original 6.7mm wires from Ducati. I did not notice an easier time starting the 696, although it is inherently troublesome to start below 50 degrees F. Once the engine fired up and remained idling, the throttle response was slightly better with these Denso iridium spark plugs. I did not notice any increase in power though, and the Magnecor wires did nothing for throttle response or power either. The Denso Iridium plugs by themselves did improve throttle response slightly. I recommend upgrading to the Iridium plugs for reduced maintenance and more consistent spark. I use OEM iridiums on my Ford modular engines and firmly believe in their capabilities. These directly replace the factory plugs. Note that the terminal is threaded, but it comes from Denso with the standard spark plug terminal screwed on. Some plugs like the NGK copper, have a permanent terminal end. Bottom line is that you're good to go with the IXU24 plugs. Overall: 5/5 stars, less expensive than OEM Ducati spark plugs (although 3 times more expensive than OE-replacement NGK copper plugs), proven durability on automotive engines, slightly better throttle response, direct fit. Review: 信頼のあるイリジュームプラグ - 前回も使い、エンジンの調子も良好でした。イリジュームの点火プラグに期待します。

Funcionan perfectamente
Son las mejoras bujías que he probado superando con creces a las NGK de las mismas características. Trato y recepción del producto correctos.

Amazing
My 2011 Ducati Monster 796 had a lot of backfire and rough running to low speeds..below 3000 rpm. Now it runs perfectly...low speed is steady...high speed is very strong. Highly recommended
