Review: Definitely worth every penny - Absolutely love this stuff, it blew me away. I bought a plush Mr Fox toy (from the recent The Little Prince movie) for my daughter's 3rd birthday. The one I ordered (handmade from South Africa) was almost perfect in every way, with the exception of one detail: none of the detail lines glow in the dark. So off to desertcart I went, searching for some glow-in-the-dark paint I can apply to a textile material. This was one of the first search results that came up, and after comparing it to other products on desertcart, I decided to order it. It's a TINY bottle, I can easily hide it in the palm of my hand. The first thing I tried is to expose the bottle to sunlight to see how well it would glow. Lo and behold! The bottle started glowing brightly right in the palm of my hand, even in my daylit kitchen!! This stuff glows AMAZINGLY bright! Applying it was a little tough because it's very thick and a bit grainy. But then I wasn't using the best brush, just some budget craft brush. And painting lines on textile is never terribly easy anyways. I did succeed, though, and the results were perfect. I essentially painted over the existing detail lines and shapes on the plush. I didn't put it on very thick, and I used a paper towel to smoosh it into the fabric. It dried somewhat clear, with a faint yellowish white still visible on the surface. I only put on one coat. The result? ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! All it takes is a few seconds under a source of light, and the paint on the fox glows beautifully in the dark, just like in the movie. The glow is good for about an hour, which is fine for this purpose. I barely used any of the paint for this project, so I plan to get some stencils to paint shapes on the walls and ceiling of my daughter's bedroom. This stuff is a blast to play with. I'll probably buy more paint and find other neat uses for it. Definitely worth every penny.

**Q: Can it be painted on exterior porous surface? (My house plate # in my brick)**
A: Hi,
Aurora glow in the dark paint should work fine for this. Aurora comes out of the bottle in quite a thick consistency (due to a higher concentration for stronger glows) which should also actually help it when being painted on to more porous surfaces. But be sure the surface isn't too powdery or crumbly so that it has something to adhere to. Also, while Aurora paint can handle some water exposure itself, we do recommend a clear coat to help it last against the outdoors elements. We've had outdoors signage using Aurora paint last years this way.

**Q: Can this be mixed with other paints and still glow? Like if I was mixing it with lime green so it's green during the day and glows in the dark?**
A: Glow in the dark paint needs to be as thick as possible to ensure the best glow performance, so unfortunately mixing Aurora paint with another paint will quickly reduce the glow effect. Depending on how much it is mixed in, it can still glow, but it'll lessen the more it's diluted with another paint. I hope this helps answer your question.

**Q: I want to play glow in the dark tennis. would this work to paint some tennis balls with this paint? yes? no? any tips?**
A: I have not used it on anything but a smooth surface. Note that it’s not weatherproof (so it might wear off pretty quickly on tennis balls) and that it is a very tiny container.

**Q: Can I use this on cardboard?**
A: Yes you can use SpaceBeams paints on cardboard. However, depending on the rigidity of the cardboard you may experience some warping as the cardboard absorbs some of the moisture from the paint while it's still wet. I hope this information helps!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Way better glow paint than craft store stuff

Used this on my keyboard keys so I could see them at night. It’s way better than the cheap glow paint from the craft store. That stuff only glows for maybe five minutes unless you use a blacklight. This paint stays bright almost an hour if you charge it up in the sun or under a lamp. After about 57 minutes it’s still glowing, just not as bright, but you can still see the keys in pitch black. Picture one is at full brightness and picture two is it fading. I put two or three layers on the main keys and just one on the F keys because those are small and hard to paint. More coats make a big difference. Painting a keyboard is kind of a pain but it's doable if you take your time. And if you do this, definitely seal it after with an acrylic spray or something or the paint will chip off after a while. The color is bight and very green, I like that they have different selections of color to choose from. Tip: If you want to make the paint go further or just make it easier to brush, add a few drops of water and mix it up. Not too much or it’ll get runny, just a little at a time, like with an eye dropper. I added too much and ended up having to use all my glow paint to thicken it. If you have leftover paint, just seal it in an airtight container and it stays usable for hours. I came back later and it still worked fine. If you want glow paint that actually lasts without a blacklight, this is it. Works great for keys, tools, sights, whatever you want to see in the dark. More layers and a good sealer are the secret.
