If you are unfamiliar with sauna suits, Google proper ways to use them. This suit works great and seals well. You will sweat alot. Be well hydrated and know your limits. You will heat up very quick in this. Only negative is the giant logo is a bit gaudy and the zipper on chest really doesn't do anything besides MAYBE fit a key with no keyring. It's not a pocket.

True to size fit

Great product for cutting weight, sweating, and sliming; the material is not stretchy inside so the sweat will build up if you are not use to this type of suit; however it does work well and you will sweat a ton! Fits like a true XL just a little snug so I would say XL light..

The media could not be loaded.  I never write reviews but this one deserves it, when I take the suit off I feel like I dove in the pool with clothes on, it’s amazing, it really motivates me to keep on training because when I don’t sweat, I feel like the training I’m doing is not working so this really keeps me going. RECOMMENDED IT!

I do love sauna suit tried couple of brands. This is one of the best I can recommend. Do boxing, circuit training etc. I can tell this is not that thick yet so durable.Highly recommend

I have had hot suits in the past when i'm trying to shed water weight fast. I've had suits where the material is almost plastic and very cheap. Break easily. However this suit the quality of material is good and durable

Product works as intended. Look at the picture. Proof enough after 1hr of Hiit cardio. I ordered a L im 5'5 175. Fits great sturdy durable material even after a wash, DONT PUT IN DRYER!

Purchased the product after watching some youtube videos on this sauna suit. In these videos they show the user being drenched with sweat after intense workout. I tried mine today and while my workout was not as intense, my sweat pants and shirt were soaked. Yup it works. quality seems very good - It has a nice blue black colour and is stylsh. The only problem that was my fault was that in ordered two sizes larger - but hey it will be good for the winter when i have thicker sweats under them. I would recommend...

I bought medium size, I am 5 feet and 8 in, it fits well on chest and shoulders, I am bit muscular too, but on the stomach its too loose and just rounds around near stomach area, so you will look fat even if you are not. Rest is fine good material and easy to wash.

I have been looking for a good hotsuit for a while. So far during my training sessions, I have been using thin jackets and have also tried a bin liner to help me sweat more. This hotsuit changes the game. It will really make you sweat during your training sessions; don’t forget to keep yourself hydrated. It comes as a pair with a trouser and a jacket. It’s made of good quality material and feels great. I have been using this now for a few weeks and love it. There are a few cheaper alternatives to this but like they say, you get what you pay for. This will last a long time and in my humble opinion it’s worth the money.
