i hate having to return products
came with tear in the seam and without anything in package so i know who to contact to return for refund. i hate having to return products, no time for that! otherwise i'd just go to the store to purchase! so automatically gets a 1 star. plus it was that shiny, easily snaggable fabric that doesn't work well if you have a playful feline in the home!
