I’m a noob BBQ’er; before I met these boys I was crumpling up newspaper beneath my chimney bucket and getting mixed results (+ a lot of smoke). Fed up, I bought these to help give me one less thing to worry about. These are great and do the job without fail. Weber recommends using 3x cubes for each set of coals you wish to light (they work so well I’m interested to see if 2x cubes could do the trick).
