This is a very interesting book and as a nursing student it helped me immensely in class. It is not easy reading and I had to ask for help at first to understand how it worked but in the end I got a good grade on my paper by using this book. Janet Lawson (LVN to BSN Program student)

This book is for every nurse who has to write care plans. The one drawback is I bought it for my Kindle and the layout was not redone to accommodate the device very well. I encourage the writers to go onto a Kindle and redo it to better sync with the device.

This book is a very detailed resource for care planning and teaching. As a teacher I find it an easy resource to explain, linking diagnoses, interventions and outcomes.

Very helpful

Just got this after attending a student conference where I discovered its being used by other health professionals in other European countries. If you need a quick guide to assess, plan and evaluate signs and symptoms - nursing wise, then this book is it. Still going through it though but it’s going to be useful in my career.

It completes the collection of NANDA, NOC and NIC books.Essential for those working in nursing investigation.Provides clear directions for clinical decision and intervention planning.
