Aladdin Autovent Fully Automatic Radiator Micro 1/8-1/4″ De-Aeration Valve - 1 Pack

Easy to fit, obviously after draining sufficient water from the radiator! One radiator, in the hallway, for whatever reason, gassed up at the top over time and had to be manually bled once in a while.Fitted one of these and so far the radiator is hot at the top all the time. This vent looks to be doing something as intended.On installation, and filling the radiator, it's difficult to know whether air is being vented without unscrewing the centre of the vent. I didn't want to do this in case it caused any issues with the valve.The chromed finish looks good too.So far, so good.

Always had a slight hiss on a couple of radiators, bleeding manually stopped it , but woul recur within a week, fitted Autovent in bathroom rad , being the highest , and a straight through connection, isolated valves and replaced in 5 mins, had no problems for over 5 weeks since , so hopefully a problem solved, very pleased..

Have purchased for radiators over number of years. Never been unhappy with purchase. Do the job

Easily fitted to a radiator that was constantly having to be bled for cold spots works a treat (although you wouldn't notice it working) radiator stays hot now ,and fitting them to other ones now

Our tall upright radiators and towel rails sited upstairs had to be bled of trapped gas regularly to maintain heat performance. These simple automatic self bleeding valves have been fitted and immediately resolved the problem. Fitting was an easy diy job and they are unnoticeable.

Fits my radiator, but the radiator keeps heating even if the regulator valve is turned off. The original manual bleeding valve contains something extra that stops this from happening. Therefor I cannot use this product

Easy to install, no issues yet and seem to have worked balancing the heating system. Would buy again
