Wax Cartridges Defective
The wax itself is good quality, however, the Wax Cartridges are defective and drop the wax when you try to roll it on the body.It shall be just this lot as I have been using it for some time and had no issues with the product, but I would report the problem, which can be assessed by the seller and manufacturing company.

Damages skin / scars
Do not buy this one, it will damage your skin.Product dries up quickly and is difficult to get off. When used it leaves scars (as it pulls skin off with it).
