The packaging comes in another language, so I couldn't read any instructions. However, I did what I would normally do- wash and dry my face, then I applied the patches.I thought the microneedles would assist with relieving the pain with my cystic acne, but it didn't. It was incredibly itchy and wouldn't stay put on my face. I've used other brands and never had any issues, despite none of them having microneedles in them.Disappointed. Was hoping to find something to relieve the pain and swelling of my cystic acne. Returning these ASAP. Don't buy them ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ingredients, and price, are better than similar products *by M***A on Reviewed in the United States on March 5, 2019* I haven't tried many other acne patches but the ingredients in these are great, nothing that will further exacerbate acne, and everything in them is beneficial to acne. They stick fine to clean, dry skin but do not stick well, or at all, if you have applied any products to your skin first, or if you don't wait for your skin to fully dry after washing. So far they seem to be effective, nothing works miracles and will completely get rid of a blemish overnight, but they do seem to reduce them faster than normal. They would not stick to my face and did not do the job I bought them for. If they stuck and didn’t do much that’s one thing, but literally both the micro needle patches and the hydrocolloid patches would not stick to my face. I’ve used other patches that have, so I know it’s not my face. HUGE WASTE. Do not buy.
