**Q: Where are the bags sold?**
A: Where do they sell bagless bags?

**Q: Is this a Dyson copycat vacuum?**
A: Not really. This one has a stand so that it doesn’t have to be wall mounted but more importantly has a second battery that you can keep charged to double your vacuum time.

**Q: how do you remove the charging station top from the bottom stand?**
A: There are 6 screws underneath the very bottom of the stand, the rectangular charging station base that the stand is locked into. Remove these. Once the screws are removed you need to pry the top of the rectangular base off of the flat bottom part of the base.  Looking at the bottom of the stand, while it's still turned over, where the screws were, you'll see a thin gap around the perimeter of the stand, where the top of the base meets the bottom. Use a flathead screwdriver or putty knife to wedge between these two pieces on all 4 sides.  Once the clips are released, you'll be able to easily pull the stand off the base.

**Q: Does it fit on a hard floor? or only for carpets?**
A: I have an attachment suited for hard floors and another for carpets. I simply use the wand without adding any attachment to aspirate visible dirt on a hard floor. That is quick and easy.

can swap the batteries on the lg vac, if i run out of battery just swap a fresh one in and boom fully charged! dont have to wait like 3-4 hrs to charge like a Dyson with its non removable battery. The motor on this unit is powerful and quiet has has hepa filtration. This unit comes with various attachments a charging stand and a spare battery which is a huge convenience for a cordless stick vac. I have had good experiences with lg products in regards to reliability which can be said for the other leading stick vac brand. Overall very happy with this purchase

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth the money

Dyson V8 owner here. Had problems with the Dyson and wanted to replace it. Found the LG on Amazon, read the reviews and ordered it. First of all the floor stand is far better to deal with than the hanging option with Dyson. In use, it’s a great Vac. Easy to use, picks up well on rug and hardwood and has a spare battery all charged built into the stand. It’s a great value and well worth the investment.

### ⭐ Bought new, got used dirty stinky vacuum

Bought it in new condition according to the page but when it arrived it was filthy and one of the replacement filters were burnt. If you read this and I hope you do, just spend a little more and buy an official one from LG.
