When nasal passages get dried out in the winter, this is great ointment to soften things andto open up the nasal passages. I use it all year long. It's "good stuff!"

About twenty years ago a skier friend recommended this to me; she swore by it. Ever since it’s been a staple in my medicine cabinet, especially in winter when my nasal passages, the skin around my nose, and sometimes my lips all get very dry. It feels great when I rub it in, and it makes a huge difference. On really cold, blustery days I use it before I go outside; it’s like an extra layer of protection for my nose and lips. Great stuff!

Using the CPAP tended to irritate and dry out my nostrils. I now coat the inside of my nostrils and rim of my nose, Problem solved. I don't miss a night.

I have been using this product for years, I no longer have a dry nose and the scent helps me breath better. The scent is somewhat like a vapor rub.
