Professional Dental Splint and Mouth Guard, TMJ Relief, Prevents Night Teeth Grinding, Clenching, and Bruxism OzDenta

I'm waiting for my new one from the dentist but with the virus I can't get it, and I've broken another tooth in the meantime from grinding my teeth. I tried a cheap one from the chemist and it was massive, bulky and hard to mould. This is the complete opposite, it's easy to mold into place but the plastic is still hard enough for protection. I have a tiny mouth and it fits me well I didn't even need to cut any of the excess off like the other one I bought. Great for the price and you get two of them. I just boiled it in the pan on the hob and followed the instructions which are easy to follow. For some reason I can't add a photo.

I was hoping I could use this as a temporary retainer during the first lockdown, it didn't work at all... wasted my money.If was way too big, I had to cut it down about half before it could fit. Then after I followed the instructions. It just was so uncomfortable, it was way too thick and I would never want to sleep with it in my mouth... I got it to be kinda tight around my teeth but it still could easily have fallen out.

Followed the instructions and managed to make a good fit of top & bottom teeth with shield. Took a while to get used to it at night but at least it’s stopped me grinding my teeth whilst asleep and saving dental bills!

I'm very disappointed, tried to soften in the hot water as instructed but couldn't get it soft enough to mould around my teeth. It simply didn't stay in place because of this. This could cause choking whilst sleeping.

Only used this two night. But have used numerous shields over the years. This was easy to mould. (Very similar to other products) however needed NO snipping for a comfy fit. Has managed to stay in all night too!! Will definitely reorder. ;-))Not sure about the flavouring thought. Isn’t very strong. May not as well have it.

Fantastic product. I always buy the “mould yourself “ ones as I tend to bite through the expensive dentist made ones in a matter of months. Ive quite a small bite so always struggled with most of the one size fits all.This arrived through my letter box. Nice slim line design but actually quite hard plastic. Good for tough biters.As per instructions I softened in boiling water and moulded to my bottom teeth. First try wasn’t successful but subsequent try worked. Had to make a small tweak to one end so just dunked that part in the water for the 15 seconds and reshapedWas so comfy to wear and the mint taste was quite pleasing.Wish I’d seen these sooner as my old ones I had to cut and file down to fit

I found that this product was impossibly hard to mould properly, and it pushed painfully against my gums at night even though I followed the instructions to the letter. I felt like it was fizzing against my tongue when I was wearing it which made it even more uncomfortable. I have used other products like this before that were far superior and will never use this again. The only good thing was it arrived on time.

Brilliant mouth guard and easily the best one I’ve had so far. Can be quite fidly setting up but that’s what you get for not letting a dentist do it for you. Over time this gets easier!Hands down the most comfortable one I’ve had so far and doesn’t pop out often and construct my breathing. Thick enough in the right places whilst being thin enough around the gums for comfort.Very cheap for what you get !
