easy to operate, works well. Only one minus does not heat all the pots, it rejects a lot. from all the pots and pans it only takes one. So now you have to change them all, buy new ones

The hob's operation is really simple and it comes to temperature very quickly. I was very suprised to find it is so much better than the ceramic oven top, and easier to keep clean.The reviews I read said the fan was noisy in operation but I haven't found this. All in All it seems to be a really good buy.

This is far superior to my last one. Much better control, which of course encourages me to cook. Looks elegant and would grace any kitchen. Value for money absolutely. I don't need a full size cooker. This plus a halogen oven means I can cook almost anything. Whilst saving on my electric bill as well. Arrived as expected, driver pleasant with a good attitude. Very well packaged.

Really good bit of kit

I bought this item just a few months ago and found it really ideal for an octogenarion now living alone. It has been in almost constant use since it was delivered but yesterday I was was grilling a precious piece of fillet steak when the hob worked for about 30 secs and then just stopped heating although the fan continued to run. Fillet steak is only an occasional treat and, though I don't like it bien cuit, 30 secs is just a bit too bloody! I've already ordered a replacement hob - of a different make - because I would sorely miss the speed and convenience.Richard Mann

When you receive a parcel with a little outer packaging damage, you can put that down to bouncing around the insides of a delivery van, but when the inner packeging, the box that the item actually cam is, is torn, punctured and has been stuck together with tape, you have to wonder about whether you have been ripped off by receiving someone elses return.The Hob was not damaged, and works well. Being induction, changes in temperature are as fast as you would expect from gas.. Even on the smaller 'element' it brought a pan of water to the boil very quickly.For me the only things that let it down was the concern about being preloved, due to the packaging and the inability to actually switch off each hotplate once you turn it on.23/11/2023 UPDATE: You know, if it weren't the most unheard of thing, I have ever heard of, I would have read the manual BEFORE using the product. I now know how to use the touch controls properly, and yes, you can turn off the induction plate without switching off the entire unit. Yes, I AM mere male!!If you are after a low cost 2 'burner' hob, then this is well worth your time.

Bought for our camper a few months ago.Works really well and easy to keep clean.Instructions were terrible but videos online helped
