Awesome looking stick, straight and true.
Just got this today so I can't yet comment on feel and playability but words can not describe how pleased I am with its appearance. After reading a number of horror stories about watped and chipped sticks, damaged graphics, incorrect weights. etc., I was expecting the worst but I couldn't be more pleased. This stick is pefectly straight, pristine condition, great weight and awesome graphics. I'm not sure if I need to prep the tip in any way so I just plan to chalk it and shoot. I'm really excited to use it and I expect to get many compliments on its graphics.

Beautiful and durable
Birthday gift for my daughter. We have a pool table at home and friends love to come play. As a preteen she can be rough on things and this has withstood her play.

Very nice especially for this price // Arrived fast and without problems
I worried that the shaft and butt would be placed together in package and they could rub against each other and be scratched. They were placed in a soft case that had a plastic slip for the shaft and a plastic slip for the butt. NO scratched cue as a result. See picture.I worried whether the tip would pop off with a hard hit on cue ball. Nope. Tip worked fine. The tip even had a red protector placed on it during shipping.I was less worried whether the 5/16x18 joints would get damaged. No chance since it, also, came with a joint protector.I put the shaft on a 5/16 x18 Players butt and they worked but there was some overlap between the two. Ah, who cares? It still worked.A beautiful cue.

Wrap warped in less than 3 months
The stick itself is a good product, but the wrap was not applied correctly. Had the cue for less than three months, used it only a few times, and the wrap has warped and wrinkled up, no longer providing a smooth handle.No customer service information available to discuss the issue since the thirty day window for returns has passed.

An amazing stick. Yes it's a hard tip
An amazing stick. Yes it's a hard tip. No I am no where near what you would say good. I play for relaxation and stress relief. Honestly all my pool buddies were amazed by the stick and how it felt. Frankly whether doing a break or just trying to sink a ball, it felt smooth and easy. Definitely worth every penny.
