After 2 years having this super strong jack, never had any issues. Today when I arrived home, handle was missing. Called customer service to find out to buy parts… their rep said no worries, I’ll send you a new jack at no charge. Wow!! Thank you!! No charge and with warranty!! Amazing !

1st it didn't come with the hardware it says it does. Why is it so hard to fulfill what you advertise? But the unit itself is great. Love that it's designed to either hand crank the unit or use a drill with a 3/4-inch socket to raise and lower with great speed. Great idea! It seems to be sturdy. So overall I say it's a great investment..

Love this jack works amazing

The problem is I used the jack 3 times and now cant get to the nut with a socket.. The Jack is defective.. The weight of my trailer is less than approx 1,000 pounds the jack is rated for 2,000 pounds.. I was very disappointed

I like the speed nut feature for a drill better than expected. I was concerned that it didn’t have a grease zerk, but its simple design doesn’t really need one. No gears, etc. to break or waller. It’s pretty genius. I do wish the foot had a little more pivot / rock. That is, I like jacks that are installed tilted back to the tailgate doesn’t hit the jack. This is not ideal for that.

Between this and 2 scissor jacks on the back corners that use the same hex bit, my trailer is so much easier to get stable. I absolutely love this jack and will install it on every cargo trailer I ever own.

I love this, it’s on my Jayco 174BH now. The old tongue jack required a lot of manual cranking. Which is fine if you’re a casual camper but going back-and-forth from place to place frequently, this tongue jack lifter it’s fantastic. Run it with the drill and save a tremendous amount of time. It’s the same height and fits in the exact same spot as the OEM tongue jack. Worth every penny

It broke after 2 uses, the mechanic of the nut was jam and by using the manual Handle, it totally fell down. The Idea is great but the nut and the attachment seams made from cheap alloy.

Seemed to work good until the head nut split in half. Now hand crank only. Garbage do not buy. Customer support in USA likely will not go anywhere.
